Majolica is the result of a series made by 15 days after pouring the mix into molds and the first drying, the piece is then polished by hand to dry naturally for 24 hours.
This is followed by drying at 60 ° to remove any moisture left inside and further firing at 1000 degrees to make pottery stronger and improve its ability to conduct heat.
At this stage the piece is painted by hand and then put back in the oven at different temperatures depending on the color.
